Solution 1: Solving Wireless Network Problems

Solution 2: Accessing Router Login Page

If you need to access Netgear login page then you. For that, you need to go to Netgear Login page on 192.168.1.1. Then you need to enter your credentials that include Admin and Password. After that, you can enter Netgear Login Page

Solution 3: Changing the Network Name and Password of the Router

If you want to change the password of the router or the network name then you need to enter the Netgear Login page. Firstly enter 192.168.1.1 into the search bar of the browser. Then fill admin and password and after that go to Wireless option for Netgear Router Troubleshooting.  

Solution 4: Not Able to Sign in

Not able to sign and can’t enter your router settings, then you need to follow this procedure:

  • Check the Ethernet connection.
  • Now check if the IP address of the PC and the router are same. Your PC has to be on 192.168.1.254 to 192.168.1.2
  • If by chance that Ip is changed, reset the router for setting it to default IP
  • After that check for ActiveX, Java and JavaScript and everything should be enabled. After that, you need to refresh your browser.

To check for the firmware update of Netgear router you have to go to Router Login page. After filling up the information of Admin and password you need to go to the option of Firmware Update.
